Position Overview:

KeyLimeTie is currently seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager. This position will entail a candidate with well-rounded Project Management experience, as well as a strong technical background. The Project Manager will be the liaison between the client and KeyLimeTie’s Engagement Manager and Architecture team.

This Technical Project Manager will work directly with the client to run regular meetings, gather project requirements, establish priorities, identify and propose actionable and effective online solutions as well as collaborate with KeyLimeTie’s Architecture team for execution and fulfillment of projects. This will require the individual to possess a strong technical understanding and know-how. This individual will be expected to keep track of emerging trends within the industry and have knowledge of Internet and Web technologies, as well as the ability to establish a vision and drive concepts and strategies through the planning, creative and technical development process.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Provide Enterprise Project Management for large projects and maintain high level Enterprise Project plan
  • Provide expertise, communicate and implement System Development Life Cycle
  • Provide support to the Director to help ensure alignment of projects to ensure consistency and to coordinate delivery of projects
  • Manage staff workload assignments
  • Identify cross functional project resources and manage their deliverables
  • Manage a team comprised of project Managers and Analysts including day to day management, mentoring and coaching
  • Partner with business and technology owners to develop and maintain the infrastructure project demand
  • Communicate all project-related information (weekly status reports, participation in executive meetings, etc) to management and cross functional team
  • Develop and recommend innovative solutions to the clients
  • Maintain portfolio view of all projects
  • Seek and review input from cross functional team and make final decisions regarding project scope
  • Submit input about implementation details as needed to make strategic decisions
  • Drive generation of complete business requirements document
  • Drive decision making to keep project on track and ultimately successful
  • Help make decision on final go/no-go decisions

Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience managing large infrastructure programs
  • 5+ years experience successfully managing large, diverse cross-function teams
  • 5+ yeas Infrastructure Demand planning and management experience
  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more
  • Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to write and modify business requirements
  • Extensive business knowledge as it relates to the financial insurance industries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization
  • Experience interacting with departments across the company, including Application Development, Engineering and Production Support.
  • Experience presenting to and interfacing with senior management
  • Ability to conduct ROI analysis for potential and existing products
  • Contract negotiation and management experience
  • Budgeting experience
  • Competency on the technical arena and understanding of system development
  • Remote staff management experience is required
  • In-depth understanding of the technical SDLC
  • Bachelor degree in technology or equivalent experience desired
