In his role as CIO, Peter implements management’s vision with an eye toward innovation, simplicity, and client value. With 15 years experience in the technology industry, Peter is responsible for managing KeyLimeTie's technology decisions and architecture. His team also leads KeyLimeTie Labs, an in-house ideation facility. Passionate about technology and its possibilities, Peter supports open development models that stimulate communication, creativity and innovation.
Prior to joining KeyLimeTie, Peter was the President of Reliable Vision, where he participated in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, mission critical applications for clients that included Allstate Insurance, Bombardier Recreation Products, Panavision, CDW, and Eaton Corporation.
Peter earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Economics from DePaul University.
Here at KeyLimeTie, I focus my efforts as CIO on implementing the vision of management with a focus on simplicity, innovation, and client value. I bring my 15-year history, including as president of my own consulting firm, to bear for the benefit of the team and our clients.
The projects I enjoy the most are the ones that push the boundaries of what we previously thought our limits were. I believe in taking extra care to find the right solution for the client’s needs, then not over-engineering it.
One of my favorite tasks here is leading the internal KeyLimeTie Labs group, our in-house ideation facility. Through my passion for technology and its possibilities, I support open development models that stimulate communication, creativity and innovation.
KeyLimeTie is an exciting company because no two days are the same here. The team works hard and plays hard, and it’s good to be surrounded by people who have the same work—and play—ethic that I have.
The company can be summed up for me in the story about how we won the business for our now largest client in a two-way bid against a large, public consulting firm. It was a classic David vs. Goliath story. That’s the approach KeyLimeTie takes, and the approach I bring to my work here.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my kids, running and cycling, exploring new technologies, getting involved with the local technology community, and eating cereal at night.
